Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped you the incorrect product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@mybravora.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return and issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

All Other Returns
We do not accept returns for any other reason, including incorrect size selected by the customer, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product. If you contact us requesting a return outside of these terms and we agree to make an exception, you will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Approval of such exceptions is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Refunds
Once your damaged, defective, or incorrect item return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days after inspection. Bank/credit card processing times may vary.
