Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking system, Bravora considers the order successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you're unable to locate your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk/mailroom, and contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to help coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.
