Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times

U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS and FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International Orders: Shipping times vary based on location and fulfillment center, typically ranging from 15–30 business days.
Possible Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, pandemics, or extreme weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking details. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. To check your order status at any time, visit our “Track Your Order” page.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—no penalties involved. To cancel, email us at bravora@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your package has shipped, we’re unable to make address changes.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
